The cloud work most firms discover was done badly.
Tenants registered to a contractor. Licences nobody audits. A SharePoint no one can navigate. We fix the ownership first, then the structure.
Global admin in your name, billing on your card, recovery details in your register. This is the first thing we do, not the last.
Most small firms are paying for two tiers above what they use, or for seats belonging to people who left. We audit and rewrite the subscription.
A file structure that matches how a practice actually files things — by client and matter, not by whoever created the folder.
Multi-factor for everyone, legacy authentication off, and sign-in rules that fit a firm working from two offices and a kitchen table.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and monitored, so your invoices stop landing in clients' junk folders.
On-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP, or a tenant somebody else controls. Cutover happens out of hours, with a rollback plan.

Signs your Microsoft 365 needs looking at
If Microsoft is not invoicing you directly, you do not own the tenant — and leaving gets expensive.
Or five people do, and none of them use MFA. Both are the same problem wearing different clothes.
Usually SPF, DKIM, and DMARC were never finished. It is a half-day fix that firms live with for years.
Questions about cloud & microsoft 365
Can you move a tenant a previous provider controls?
Yes. It is a defined Microsoft process and we run it regularly. It usually takes days, not weeks, and you keep every mailbox and file.
Will there be downtime?
Mail cutover happens out of hours and users keep working in the old system until the switch completes. Most firms notice nothing on Monday morning.
Do we have to buy licences through you?
No. We would rather you buy direct from Microsoft in your own name. We will tell you the right mix either way.
Do you handle Google Workspace migrations?
Yes, in both directions, though most professional firms we work with end up on Microsoft 365 because their software expects it.
